Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney | Elmwood Park, NJ – Up to $150K + No Billables + Hybrid

Location/Schedule: Elmwood Park, NJ. Initially five days in the office, with potential flexibility to move to three or four office days after onboarding.

Base Salary: Up to $150K, plus discretionary annual and performance bonuses.

Practice: 100% plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through litigation and resolution.
• Handle automobile, trucking, rideshare, premises-liability and wrongful-death claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions and discovery materials.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.
• Communicate directly with clients and work closely with the founding partners.

Requirements:

• Approximately four to seven years of litigation experience.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage cases within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong client communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
