• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Product Configuration and Sales Order Management.
• Configure and support Oracle JDE World Product Configuration modules.
• Manage Sales Order lifecycle including order entry, fulfillment, pricing, and invoicing.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS engagements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), process flows, and test scenarios.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure smooth integration with Inventory, Procurement, and Distribution processes
