Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, recruitment analytics, dashboard reporting, and strategic Talent Acquisition projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to drive TA initiatives that improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units/functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, manage offer discussions, and support onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet hiring targets while maintaining recruitment SLAs and quality standards.

Recruitment Analytics & Dashboard Management

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Develop and manage advanced Excel-based recruitment trackers and dashboards.

Talent Acquisition Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in and drive various Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
• Strong experience in recruitment reporting, analytics, and dashboard management.

• Experience with ATS platforms
• Knowledge of Excel
• Exposure to recruitment automation tools and AI-enabled sourcing platforms.
• Experience working on strategic TA transformation projects.

This role is ideal for a Talent Acquisition professional who can effectively balance recruitment delivery (60-70%), reporting & analytics (15-20%), and strategic TA projects (15-20%) while leveraging strong Excel and data management skills.
