All equipment is company-owned and maintained <br /></p><ul><li>2 weeks out generally </li><li> Servicing 47 states </li><ul><li> Do not service CA </li><li> Try to avoid the NW states during winter months </li></ul><li> Work is based on customer needs, nothing dedicated </li><ul><li> Working to build more dedicated opportunities – sister company is logistics based and will help to build those opportunities as well </li></ul><li> Drop hook, no touch freight </li><li>2020 newer sleeper trucks </li><ul><li> The equipment is well maintained </li><li> Can take home equipment if they have secure parking </li></ul><li> Detention $25 per hour after 2 hrs at the facility </li><li> Deadhead Rates <br /></li><li> Low mileage rates added for fair compensation </li><li>$200 per day for any breakdown/maintenance on the road </li><ul><li> Max $1k a week </li></ul><li> Dispatch is force BUT flexible </li><ul><li> Can accommodate needed home time, different schedules </li><li> Super organized and very communicative </li></ul></ul><p> We offer full time W-2 Benefits </p><ul><li>401k with contribution </li><li> Medical - Cigna </li><li> Vision/dental – principal </li><li> Paid time off Holidays off <br /></li><li> Pet passenger Policies <br /></li><ul><li> If working on an observed holiday - $50 on top of regular revenue <br /></li></ul></ul><p> Current requirements </p><ul><li>3 years CDL A experience </li><li>25 years old/older </li><ul><li> Under the age of 75 (insurance reasons)</li></ul><li> Less than 1 moving violations in the last 2 years on MVR </li><li> No DT fail/CH vios in 15 years <br /></li></ul>
