DDO (ACCOUNTS/FINANCE) (PPS-08)

The recruitment process for DDO (ACCOUNTS/FINANCE) (PPS-08) (PPS-08 (Project Pay Scale)) for 01 Post is officially managed in Cyber Security for Digital Pakistan / National CERT under Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom (MoITT) with initial posting assigned across Islamabad (National CERT L-Block, Pak Secretariat). This fiscal and administrative position is entrusted with financial scrutiny, revenue assessment, statutory audit compliance, and accounting governance.

Appointees to the DDO (ACCOUNTS/FINANCE) (PPS-08) cadre examine public expenditure records, verify revenue and customs declarations, perform ledger reconciliations, and ensure statutory fiscal compliance. Candidates are required to hold BS / MS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Security, Finance, or relevant discipline as per NJP criteria. The role is critical to maintaining transparent financial management and public accountability.

Selection is conducted through competitive screening examinations covering financial accounting, audit standards, tax laws, and general analytical aptitude, followed by merit board evaluation.
