Our Client is US based organisation with a 300 people delivery centre in India

we are looking for someone to Head the India Delivery Organisation. The person will be given the freedom to shape the India Delivery organisation focused on 4 goals:

• Client Success,
• Delivery Cost optimization,
• Knowledge Management & Monetization of Intellectual Assets created,
• Delivery Excellence & Capability Development.

Delivery Excellence & Capability Development

• Anchor India Delivery: Lead, structure, and scale the India-based delivery teams across Enterprise AI, Agentic Workflows, Cloud, Data, Salesforce, and Intelligent Automation practices.
• Obsessive Client Advocacy: Instill a client-first culture where delivery units proactively solve enterprise challenges, guarantee SLA adherence.
• ​ Capability Building: Continuously evaluate and upgrade India's technical and domain capabilities.
• Implement frameworks for rapid capability acquisition in emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Agentic AI, FinOps).
• ​ Delivery Governance: Establish world-class engineering, quality, and delivery governance frameworks to move seamlessly from pilot programs to scalable production.

Knowledge Management & Monetization of Intellectual Assets

• Productize execution capabilities by converting custom client deliverables into reusable IP, standardize d frameworks, and monetizable software assets including but not limited to pre-built agents.
• ​ Establish a culture of structured knowledge management so teams never build the same capability twice from scratch.
• ​ Assist BD & Sales team in bidding for new clients & projects

Talent & Leadership Development

• Develop Exceptional Leaders: Build and mentor the next generation of practice leads, delivery heads, and technical architects.
• ​ Culture & Retention: Foster an innovative, agile, high-trust work environment
• ​ Productivity & Resource Optimization: Drive workforce utilization, cross-skilling initiatives, and productivity benchmarks to build a lean, agile organization.

Executive Alignment & Productivity Integration

• Strategic Partner to CEO: Act as the strategic sounding board and operational arm for the CEO in driving growth initiatives, board alignment, and global strategic alignment.
• ​ Work with the CEO to reorganise workforce structures, reporting ratios/ pyramid ratios, create competency based delivery structures and to create predictable quality delivery outcomes.
• ​ The role Requires an assertive, technically astute leader with executive presence to partner across sales, Business Development, Account management , Finance, and HR—building trust and shaping business outcomes

Person Profile

• Experience: 15–20 years of leadership experience in Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT consulting, or technology services firms.
• ​ Demonstrated experience in reorganization of a delivery centre or large team to drive profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
• ​ Track Record: Proven success scaling an India delivery team or Technology Consulting and experience in developing and leading a large delivery business unit (300+ headcount) across technology delivery, quality, change management & ideally client facing experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred.
• Multi-Disciplinary Leadership: Ability to build bridges across technology delivery, HR strategy, and enterprise finance/admin
• ​ Obsessive Client Focus: Deep understanding of US enterprise client expectations with a proven commitment to high-touch client service.
• ​ Technology Agnostic: Broad technology perspective across AI/Automation, Cloud, Data, and Enterprise Applications. While expertise in a specific tech domain is a plus, your primary core competence is large-scale delivery leadership and operational transformation
• ​ Financial & Business Acumen: Experience running P&Ls and optimizing delivery margins.
