The successful candidatewillbe responsible forensuringhigh standards of patient care and safety across nursing services, provide leadership for quality, safety, and risk management initiatives, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversees quality and safety data analysis and reporting, participate in key committees, and foster staff engagement and innovation to enhance patient outcomes and care excellence.
