Techncial sales engineer

Blueways Water Solutions is a growing water treatment company based in Guwahati, with 10+ years of execution across Northeast India — STP, ETP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and O&M. We've built a strong project pipeline. The gap we're filling is conversion ownership: someone who can run a client interaction end-to-end, from first site visit to signed proposal, without the founder in the room.
KRA -
-Generates and qualifies new leads from builders, architects, consultants, industries, hotels, hospitals, government departments, and PCB-regulated industries.
-Makes outbound calls and schedules client meetings and site visits.
-Conducts site inspections, understands client requirements, and gathers technical information for proposal preparation.
-Coordinates with the design and technical team to ensure accurate and timely techno-commercial proposals.
-Follows up on every submitted proposal through calls, meetings, and technical discussions until the client makes a decision.
-Maintains an updated CRM/lead tracker with enquiry status, next follow-up date, proposal status, and expected order value. No enquiry should remain without a next action date.
-Tracks government tenders and private project opportunities relevant to Blueways.
-Builds long-term relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, contractors, builders, and decision-makers to generate repeat business.
-Collects competitor information, client feedback, and market intelligence to improve Blueways' positioning.
-Submits a daily activity report and weekly sales pipeline review to management.
