Social media manager and content creator

HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA manager / CONTENT CREATOR
The DEX Company is looking for a Social Media who understands content beyond just posting. Someone creative, proactive, and excited to build engaging content around design, technology, immersive experiences, and storytelling.
This role involves creating content, editing videos, posting across platforms, building organic reach, and working closely with the founders on brand communication and strategy.
Requirements
- Content creation & video editing
- Instagram, Linked In & You Tube handling
- Reels, trends & organic growth understanding
- Basic design sense (Canva / Adobe Suite preferred)
- Creative thinking & consistency
- Final-year students only
- Portfolio / social media work preferred
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit & post content regularly
- Create platform-wise content strategies
- Help grow audience organically
- Work closely with the internal creative team
We have our own podcast studio and experience centre to execute all the ideas.
