Experience: 12-15+ years

Education : Any Graduation or (MBA preferred)

Designation: DGM/GM

Job Description:

• Identify enterprise customer needs and translate them into differentiated technology propositions.
• Develop and commercialize solutions across networking, SD-WAN/SASE, cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, AI infrastructure, IoT/edge, and digital transformation.
• Identify new revenue streams, whitespace opportunities, and strategic growth areas.
• Take propositions from ideation through validation, pilot, launch, and scale.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, Hyperscalers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, COOs, and CXOs to understand business challenges and create measurable value.
• Define commercial models, pricing, business cases, GTM strategy, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance, and operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, telecom, IT services, digital transformation, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated track record of building new businesses/propositions and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong commercial, strategic, customer engagement, and business development capabilities.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
