This on-site inpatient facility in Indiana provides obstetric and gynecologic services to the regional patient population across both clinic-based and hospital settings. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with day shift and call coverage requirements, with laborist on-site presence required during call shifts.

Northwest Indiana offers clinicians on assignment a range of outdoor and recreational experiences suited to varied interests. The area is anchored by the Indiana Dunes National and State Parks, which provide beaches, hiking trails, and nature activities along the southern shore of Lake Michigan. Family-oriented attractions include Fair Oaks Farms, Albanese Candy Factory, Deep River Waterpark, and Sandy Oak Ranch, alongside entertainment options such as several casinos and farmers markets held across communities including Crown Point, Valparaiso, and Chesterton. Clinicians may also explore local culture through art galleries, live music venues, and the Gabis Arboretum in Valparaiso, making the region a well-rounded destination for a variety of interests.

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through a combination of office-based clinical days and hospital rounding at an on-site facility in Indiana, on an ongoing basis. Office-based clinical coverage consists of 8-9 hour on-site clinic days, with hospital rounding and call coverage also required as components of this assignment. Laborist clinicians must remain on-site during call shifts, and all clinicians must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call, with or without reasonable accommodations.
