Job Description – Team Lead (Customer Support / Technical Support)

Position: Team Lead

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Eligibility: Graduates & Undergraduates

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in Customer Support or Technical Support . The ideal candidate should have on-paper Team Lead experience , excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer support/technical support executives.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, Productivity, Quality, and SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
• Handle client and customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and publish performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum experience in a Team Lead role (on papers mandatory) .
• Strong experience in Customer Support or Technical Support operations .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in rotational night shifts .
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
