Technical Change Manager – Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Change Manager to support a large-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation . This role will operate within the PMO and will be responsible for technical change governance, release coordination, production readiness, business approvals, and successful production deployments.

This is not an Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, or communications-focused position . The role requires someone with strong experience managing enterprise application releases and coordinating across business, Salesforce, QA, DevOps, support, and other technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the Change Management and Release Management process for Salesforce releases.
• Develop and maintain release plans, deployment schedules, change calendars, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate release activities across Development, QA, UAT, Production, and integrated systems .
• Ensure all required business, QA, technology, and operational approvals/sign-offs are completed before production deployment.
• Validate production readiness, including testing completion, UAT approval, deployment plans, rollback plans, support readiness, and business confirmation.
• Lead Go/No-Go meetings and production readiness reviews with business and technology stakeholders.
• Document and track release decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate production deployment activities across Salesforce, DevOps, integration, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Manage planned releases, emergency changes, hot fixes, and production change requests.
• Coordinate releases involving Salesforce and upstream/downstream enterprise applications .
• Identify and escalate risks that could impact deployment timelines or business operations.
• Ensure releases comply with established Change Management, Release Management, and PMO governance processes .
• Coordinate post-deployment validation, production verification, and business confirmation.
• Facilitate post-release reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Provide release/change status reporting to PMO leadership and senior stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Change Management, Release Management, Technical Program Management, or Technical PMO roles.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise application releases and production deployments .
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementation programs .
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, QA/testing, UAT, deployment, and release governance .
• Experience conducting Go/No-Go meetings and production readiness reviews .
• Experience coordinating and obtaining business, QA, technology, and operational sign-offs.
• Strong experience managing release calendars, deployment checklists, dependencies, risks, issues, and rollback plans.
• Ability to coordinate multiple business and technology teams across complex enterprise releases.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working within a structured PMO environment .
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps , Salesforce DevOps tools, or similar platforms.
