Apdax Design is looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our Mumbai studio.

With over three decades of experience, Apdax is a Mumbai-based architectural and interior design studio creating refined residential and commercial spaces in India and internationally.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You'll work on a mix of residential and commercial projects, translating client visions into functional, beautiful spaces.
What You'll Do
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on client briefs and budgets
- Create 2D/3D layouts, renderings, and material/finish schedules
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed correctly
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback into revisions
- Stay current on design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of space planning, colour theory, materials, and lighting
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational skills
- A portfolio showcasing completed design projects
