Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goalsMonitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performanceOversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performanceEstablish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policiesEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirmentsIdentify financial risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teamPresent financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to company leadershipCoordinate with external auditors, accountants, tax advisors, and financial institutions
QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in accountingBachelor's degree in accounting requiredExperience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, SAP, or similar programsKnowledge of multiple accounting software systems and the ability to learn new programs as neededStrong knowledge of journal entries, xzbcwsv bookkeeping and account reconciliation Strong Microsoft Excel Skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets and financial dataBasic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Ability to handle confidential information with careExperience in a corporate accounting or public accounting environment Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Good communication skills and the ability to work with others Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
