Job Description
The NASA Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) seeks a Business Development Specialist to manage the Small Business Program for Johnson Space Center by providing expert guidance, assistance, leadership, analysis, reviews, reports, and recommendations in support of acquisitions.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
- providing guidance and assistance to small and socio-economic business programs;
- applying laws, regulations, policies, and guidance pertaining to the Government's small and socioeconomic business programs;
- developing and/or coordinating strategies and programs to promote and monitor the full integration of all types of small businesses into the Government's industry base.
