Job Title: Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)
Job Location: Thane
NOTE: Interview will be in Thane Office
Salary Budget Upto 18 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)
Shift: Dayshift - 6 week offs in a month (Weekends will be working)
_Qualifications & Skills:_
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2 to 6 yrs of Sourcing Experience for Residential Projects for Navi Mumbai/Central Market
_Skills:_
Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Ability to build and manage broker and channel partner networks.
_Key Responsibilities:_
Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation:
Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants in Western Zone.
Generate qualified leads through channel partners and broker relationships.
Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities.
Ensure strong relationship management with existing and new channel partners.
Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:
Work closely with internal sales team to convert sourced leads into bookings.
Track sourcing performance, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Market Engagement & Intelligence:
Share regular updates on inventory, pricing, and offers with channel partners.
Support project launches, campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives.
Provide market intelligence on competitor projects and pricing trends.
