Position - Business Development Executive – B2B Skills & Competencies Required · Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi , and any additional regional language. · Proven experience in developing, managing, and expanding dealer/distributor networks . · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Proficient in conducting online meetings and presentations through Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype , or similar platforms. · Excellent follow-up and persuasion skills with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities. · Ability to identify and generate new dealer leads through Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, online directories, and other digital platforms . · Willingness to travel for dealer visits, customer meetings, exhibitions
