Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLead the day-to-day culinary operation of a high-volume, dinner-only fine-dining steakhouse in Cleveland with a strong events and wine program. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee every dinner service and private event while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and fine-dining presentation standards.
