Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Sales role based in Pune District. The Interior Design Sales professional will consult with walk-in and referred clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored interior design and furniture solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting showroom presentations, preparing design concepts with basic space planning, creating quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with the design and installation teams, ensuring accurate order processing, and monitoring project progress to meet client expectations. The individual will maintain product knowledge, update design and sales materials, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and close deals effectively.
• Candidates should possess Interior Design and Space Planning skills, including basic layout understanding, color coordination, and functional design principles.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture products and materials, with the ability to explain features, finishes, and customization options to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in interior design, furniture retail, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District, including occasional evening or weekend availability as required.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools (e.g., MS Office, design presentation software) and comfort maintaining records in CRM or sales systems.
• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory if relevant experience
