About the Role

Flow Interio is looking for a Sales Manager who understands home interior sales and enjoys working directly with customers. If you have experience selling modular kitchens, wardrobes, complete home interiors, or similar home solutions , we'd love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting interior solutions, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer enquiries and manage the complete sales process from lead to closure.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
• Present and explain solutions for modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors .
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Design and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain regular updates on leads and sales pipeline.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Generate referrals and explore new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience , preferably in interior/home improvement sales .
• Good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and home interior solutions .
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience in lead follow-up and conversion.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Professional and confident when interacting with customers.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with designers and project teams.

Experience in Any of These Is a Plus
