GovCIO is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer (Remote) to craft compliant, compelling narratives for government solicitations and to lead proposal sections across multiple disciplines. You will analyze requirements, shape win themes, and coordinate with staffing and past performance inputs.

You'll develop graphics and oral presentation slides, serve as a lead or reviewer on color teams, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met. Remote work is supported; evenings and weekends may be required.
