Key Responsibilities:Ensure construction meets all project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with sales, design, and HOA contactsLead and develop all on-site construction personnel, vendors, and office supportOversee the condition and appearance of active job sites, with a strong focus on safety and presentationManage build schedulesIdentify potential cost issues early and implement corrective actionsFoster positive relationships with homeowners and internal teams
Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience effectively managing and mentoring construction teams5+ years of residential construction management experienceSolid understanding of residential construction practices and building code complianceHigh attention to detail and independent problem solving skills
EducationBachelor’s degree required
