Role Description 

The Client Success role is an on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support day-to-day client interactions, helping learners with inquiries, onboarding, and course navigation to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities 

• Responding to messages and calls, gathering feedback, documenting client needs, and collaborating with the team to improve customer satisfaction and overall client experience.
• The role also involves assisting in maintaining client records, supporting follow-ups, and participating in initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships with learners.
• This position offers exposure to mental health education services, customer care practices, and client success operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Understanding of customer experience principles and interest in improving client journeys.
• Interest in mental health, psychology, or wellbeing-focused services.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client information and follow-ups.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or completed coursework in psychology, social sciences, business, or a related field is an advantage.
