Senior HR Business Partner - Furniture & Retail Growth

Master Group seeks a seasoned HR partner for its Furniture businesses to align HR priorities with business strategies and work closely with BU Heads, GMs, Sales leadership, and plant leadership to deliver effective HR solutions.

You will lead manpower planning, recruitment for key roles, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HRIS adoption across Corporate, Retail and Manufacturing functions, addressing workforce challenges and driving retention and productivity.
