Loan Officer – Home Loan

Position: Loan Officer

Process: Home Loan

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 In-Hand

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Telesales experience required

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Undergraduates: HSC + minimum 1 year of relevant telesales experience.
• Graduates: Freshers can apply; graduates will receive ₹16,000 net.
• Candidates must have good communication and sales skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, banking, financial services, or loan sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate and handle leads for home loan products.
• Contact potential customers through calls and explain loan products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate throughout the loan process.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.

Mandatory Documents for Onboarding:-

Candidates must have the following documents from their current/previous employment:

• Offer Letter
• Appraisal Letter, if applicable
• Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips
• Last 6 Months’ Bank Statement
• Relieving Letter / Experience Letter

Important: Candidates who fail to provide the required employment documents will not be eligible for onboarding.

Freshers: Graduates only.

Experienced: HSC + 1 year telesales experience or above.
