Medical Diagnostics Sales Representative

Hologic is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our innovative women’s health diagnostic solutions. In this role, you will manage a territory of hospitals, reference labs, and clinics, building strong relationships with clinicians, lab directors, and purchasing teams. You will educate customers on assay performance, workflow efficiency, and clinical value, deliver product demos, support evaluations, and partner with clinical and marketing teams. You’ll leverage data-driven selling, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute feedback to help shape future diagnostic offerings.
