We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to be a part of our project estimating team. This role is crucial in preparing and managing cost estimates for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to analyze project specifications and prepare accurate estimates.
• Perform value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain estimation tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Present cost estimates and value engineering options to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Track project costs and variances, updating estimates as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimating activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Internship or practical experience in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with cost estimation software and tools (e.g., PlanSwift, WinEst, CostX).
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
