Rec is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own strategy and execution across municipal Parks and Recreation and emerging Private Rec markets. This role leads demand generation and a repeatable demand engine, focusing on ABM, market activation, and cross-functional alignment to drive qualified pipeline.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product, build AI-enabled workflows, and manage a small team and external partners to turn marketing activity into revenue momentum.
