Front Office Manager

Horizon Physio is urgently looking for a confident, well-spoken and polished Front Office & Patient Relations Executive to be the face of our premium physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre.
This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can create an exceptional first impression, communicate confidently with patients and enquiries, and take ownership of the front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and welcome patients professionally
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment requests
- Understand patient requirements and confidently explain our services
- Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into appointments
- Manage appointments, scheduling and patient coordination
- Maintain accurate patient and billing records
- Coordinate smoothly with physiotherapists and the clinical team
- Ensure a seamless and premium patient experience from enquiry to treatment
- Handle day-to-day front-office administration
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone etiquette
- Pleasant, professional and well-groomed personality
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently handle and convert leads
- Good organisational and follow up skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications like MS Excel
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, premium wellness, clinics or customer facing roles will be an advantage

Time: Monday to Saturday 9 30 am to 6 pm
