Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, and computer objects. Administer Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and delegation models. Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, replication, and DNS-related issues. Monitor AD health, replication status, and domain controller performance. Perform AD audits and security reviews. Microsoft Entra ID Administration Manage users, groups, and administrative roles in Microsoft Entra ID. Support Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect) synchronization. Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO). Implement and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Configure and manage Conditional Access Policies. Support Identity Protection and security recommendations. Manage hybrid identity environments. Identity & Access Management Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes. Provision and deprovision user access. Perform access reviews and entitlement validations. Support role-based access control (RBAC). Assist with privileged access management activities. Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
