Shi ft: 1st s hift Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour

Join our maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our operations running at their best. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll use your mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving technical challenges, and making a direct impact every day, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment as needed
  • Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Experience working with AC/DC motor controls and electrical testing equipment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate commercial vehicles
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 130 lbs . PPE provided.
