Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong Quality Engineer with a focus on test automation and modern quality practices. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of quality, design scalable automation solutions, and contribute actively in a fast-paced agile environment.

Experience : 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Build and execute UI and API test automation using Playwright.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality is built into the product from early stages
• Develop and maintain API test suites for functional and integration testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release quality.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect prevention.
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
• Contribute to best practices in quality engineering, automation, and code standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven experience with Playwright (UI + API automation).
• Solid experience in API testing and automation, including exposure to GraphQL APIs.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to independently design and build automation frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with modern test frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest or similar).
• Exposure to performance testing tools like K6 or Gatling.
• Experience working with GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar.
• Knowledge of security testing for APIs (authentication, authorization, vulnerability scanning).
