About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead Infor Lawson Application Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize Infor Lawson Financials and Supply Chain applications across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lawson Financials and Supply Chain modules, business process analysis, application configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support.

What You'll Do:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Infor Lawson Financials and Supply Chain applications.
• Support business processes across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
• Configure and maintain Lawson application settings, business rules, security roles, and workflow processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Lawson solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, configuration, and operational issues.
• Support day-to-day business operations and critical month-end and year-end financial activities.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment validation.
• Manage application enhancements, upgrades, patches, and system improvements.
• Support integrations between Lawson and enterprise applications including ERP, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and reporting systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces, batch jobs, and data synchronization processes.
• Perform reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain operational, financial, and management reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integration development and interface support.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, security, and operational standards.
• Participate in project planning, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide end-user support and guidance on Lawson functionality and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of experience supporting ERP, Financial, or Supply Chain applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor Lawson Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management, Procurement, Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide Lawson implementations and enhancements.
• Experience configuring Lawson modules to support business and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on expertise in security setup, user access management, and role administration.
• Strong knowledge of application support, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective solutions.
• Ability to manage production support activities in business-critical environments.
• Experience supporting integrations between Lawson and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of data interfaces, batch processing, and system integration concepts.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting interface failures and data issues.
• Knowledge of reporting frameworks and enterprise reporting requirements.
• Experience performing financial and operational reconciliations.
• Ability to validate data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms.
• Experience working directly with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and business users.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, requirement sessions, and solution discussions.
• Ability to balance business priorities and technical requirements effectively.
• Experience supporting testing activities including Functional Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience supporting system upgrades and release management processes.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
