This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm for 1-3 months with option to extend

· Setting: Clinic

· Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry

· Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days

· Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dental Vision Software Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
