Job DescriptionJob DescriptionExperienced Escrow OfficerSonic Title Agency is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team.This is a high-accountability position requiring exceptional attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and the ability to keep closing files moving accurately and on schedule. The Escrow Officer will manage each assigned file from closing scheduling through post-closing review and handoff.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule closings and coordinate with the appropriate closer or notaryBalance settlement figures with lenders and other applicable partiesPrepare complete and accurate closing packagesVerify names, payees, and disbursement information in our systemReview completed closing packages to confirm that all required documents have been properly signed, initialed, dated, and notarizedPromptly obtain any missing documents or correctionsDistribute completed document packages to the appropriate partiesNotify the disbursement team when a file is complete and ready for disbursementSubmit recordable documents to the post-closing teamMaintain clear communication with internal team members and outside parties throughout the closing processTake ownership of assigned files and follow through until all responsibilities are completedQualificationsPrevious title or escrow experience is requiredExperience balancing settlement statements and preparing closing packagesStrong organizational and time-management skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsDependable, accountable, and committed to following throughAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamIf you have the experience, confidence, and attention to detail required to excel in this role, we want to speak with you.
Compensation is $55,000-$78,000 based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package is available.
