~ As a Service Advisor, youll be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. Youll help customers understand their vehicles needs, recommend appropriate services, and keep them informed throughout the repair process.
Deliver outstanding customer service:

Greet customers promptly, listen to their concerns, and create a professional, welcoming service experience.
Manage service appointments:

Schedule appointments, gather customer and vehicle information, and prepare accurate repair orders.
Review vehicle condition and document customer concerns to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Review service history, identify additional needs, and explain manufacturer-recommended maintenance and necessary repairs.
Prepare accurate estimates, explain labor and parts costs, and obtain customer authorization before work begins.
Keep customers updated on repair progress, additional recommendations, costs, and expected completion times.
Coordinate repair priorities, monitor workflow, and help ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
Verify completed work, ensure all services are documented and authorized, and process repair orders accurately.
Build customer loyalty:

Maintain strong customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
Follow dealership procedures and maintain a clean, professional service area.
Meet dealership performance and customer satisfaction goals

while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
The ideal candidate is organized, confident, personable, and comfortable working in a busy automotive service environment.
At least 2 years of automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain vehicle repairs, maintenance recommendations, and estimates clearly to customers.
Experience using Reynolds and Reynolds dealership management software.
Experience meeting service department sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
