Kadkraft Systems Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team at our Mohali office. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on working knowledge of Tally .

The role will involve day-to-day accounting, maintaining financial records, reconciliations and supporting the team in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
• Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entries
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
• Assist in GST and TDS related documentation and compliance
• Maintain inventory-related accounting records
• Follow up and maintain records of outstanding customer payments
• Support month-end accounting and preparation of financial reports
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Assist the Accounts team with statutory compliance and other routine financial activities
  

• B.Com graduate
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Good hands-on knowledge of Tally
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with invoicing, ledger accounting and bank reconciliation
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain proper records and documentation
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned accounting activities
  

Candidates residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula or nearby areas will be preferred.

The position provides hands-on exposure to accounting, inventory management, GST and TDS compliance, customer and vendor accounting and day-to-day financial operations in an established engineering technology company.
