The opportunity

Crystal Group is one of India's fastest growing cold-chain and temperature-controlled logistics networks — an asset-heavy, multi-site business where financial rigour is the difference between growing  fast  and growing well .

We're hiring our senior-most finance leader: a CFO who sits beside the Managing Director and owns the entire money engine — capital, control, and commercial insight. This isn't a keep-the-books role. It's a build-the-function role, with a direct hand in how we fund, de-risk, and steer the business.

What you'll own

Capital & Cash  — Keep the business funded and liquid for growth: cash flow, banking, working capital, debt, fundraising, and investor & lender relationships.

Control & Governance  — Build the financial discipline of a company that intends to last: accurate books, compliance, internal controls, audits, approvals, risk management, and full visibility on where every rupee goes.

Business Finance & Decision Support  — Make leadership sharper: MIS, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and unit-economics, cost control, and commercial support across every function and site.

You'll thrive here if you are

• A qualified CA  (MBA-Finance / CMA a plus) with 15+ years  in finance leadership — as CFO, GM–Finance, or Financial Controller
• Battle-tested in an asset-heavy, multi-site business  — logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar
• Strong on fundraising, banking, debt and working-capital , and equally deep in controllership and governance
• A commercial partner, not just a scorekeeper  — someone who turns numbers into decisions
• Hands-on and straight-talking, energised by building systems and teams rather than inheriting them
