Area Dental Director

Overview: Job Summary: This position will provide dental care to patients and ensure the smooth operation of productive dental teams across multiple sites. In conjunction with the Chief Dental Officer, VP of Clinical Performance, and other management, this position is responsible for coaching/mentoring all doctors, the management and supervision of personnel, client/patient relations and satisfaction, and serving as a role model for office teams.
