Hiring: PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager - Pune/Gurugram
Are you passionate about driving governance, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide transformation programs? We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager to join our team and lead high-impact programs and portfolios.
Note: Experience from BPO/BPS/BPM business is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, operating models, controls, and reporting structures.
Drive integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and program execution.
Own RAID management, executive reporting, steering committee packs, and management dashboards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, utilization, and financial governance.
Lead stakeholder communications and engage with senior leadership across business and delivery functions.
Drive quality, compliance, audit readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support large-scale transformation programs, portfolio governance, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Delivery Governance, or Transformation roles. Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 working environment. Strong expertise in: PMO Governance Program & Project Lifecycle Management RAID Management Integrated Planning & Scheduling Executive Reporting & Dashboarding Budgeting & Forecasting Resource & Capacity Management Risk & Compliance Management Stakeholder Management Process Improvement & Automation✔ Experience working with:
Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point Microsoft Project / Smartsheet Power BI / Tableau Jira / Azure Dev Ops Service Now Portfolio Management tools preferredPreferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant postgraduate degree PMP, PRINCE2, Pg MP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, P3 O, or PMO certifications Experience managing large transformation programs and global stakeholdersWhy Join Us?
