HopeStone is looking for a Special Educator to lead our Language & Literacy Programme for children in our Learning Readiness group What you'll do: Lead and implement the Language & Literacy curriculum for the Learning Readiness programme. Plan individualized learning goals based on each child's strengths and needs. Design lesson plans that integrate reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, comprehension, phonological awareness and early grammar. Adapt curriculum for children with varying learning profiles and communication needs. Track student progress and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.
