Sending reports, presentation, & competitors updates To ensure training on product, process and behavioural training is given to staff To work out stock rotation of merchandise on display at regular intervals To ensure proper visual merchandising at the store. To counsel and performance manage the staff. To train the sales team on new products on a regular basis Following up and handling customers for Product orders. Maintaining SOP system database, every technical, and computer related queries. Maintaining track record in excel sheet for reporting to Management. Responsible for Sales Growth & Store Admin & Consistently achieving target. Hand
