Presales Engineer (PAM Specialist, PAM Implementation Engineer)

Securden ( builds Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Security solutions used by enterprises worldwide. We're hiring a Presales Engineer to work at the front line of our sales cycle — helping prospects and customers understand, evaluate, and successfully deploy Securden across complex enterprise environments. 

This is a technical, customer-facing role. You'll be the person prospects trust to answer the hard questions, run the demo that closes the deal, and make sure implementation goes smoothly once they're on board.

We typically find the best fit for this role in PAM/PIM implementation engineers or PAM specialists looking to move into a more customer-facing, solutions-oriented career — rather than candidates with a pure presales/sales-engineering background but no hands-on PAM depth.

• Understand prospect and customer environments, use cases, and security requirements
• Deliver technical product demos and presentations during the sales cycle
• Design and propose solutions tailored to customer environments (POCs, technical evaluations, RFP responses)
• Support customers through implementation, configuration, and deployment post-sale
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on assistance during evaluation and onboarding
• Act as the technical bridge between prospects/customers and our product & engineering teams

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience implementing, deploying, or supporting PIM/PAM and/or IAM solutions — this is the core requirement; we're looking for people who've been in the trenches with these products, not adjacent IT/security generalists
• Strong written and verbal communication — you'll represent Securden technically over email, phone, and web meetings
• Comfort presenting to and persuading technical and business stakeholders
• Comfort working global shifts — our customer base is B2B and worldwide
• High ownership mentality — you drive things to resolution, not just hand them off
• Genuine excitement for startup life — fast pace, shifting priorities, building as you go
