Experience : 2 Years Plus ( Specifically in HL/LAP Sales)
Education : Graduate/ 12th Pass for Sales Executive Role (offroll)

Roles and Responsibilities
- For SM- Min. 5 years of expereince into HL/LAP Sales ( Prime/ Affordable)
- For Sales Executive: Min. 2 years of experience into HL/LAP Sales. Undergraduates ( 12th Pass) may also Apply.
- For ASM- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Prime/ affordable housing loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and secured loans.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min. 2 years of experience into HL/LAP Sales.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products such as HL (Housing Loan) and MLP (Mortgage Loan).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
