The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about academic programs, and supporting the admission process while achieving enrolment targets. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Convert enquiries into successful admissions by effective follow-ups Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessions Assist students throughout the admission and documentation process Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead management systems Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline Any 6 months or more of experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and guide students effectively Target-driven and result-oriented approach Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred Why Join MIT University?
