Visit our website to learn more about our courses and services. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION </strong> </p><p>Provide personalized academic counseling to help students and professionals choose the right courses based on their career goals, educational background, and interests in psychology. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong> </p><p>Counsel prospective candidates (students/working professionals/parents) on suitable learning programs </p><p>Conduct detailed needs assessments to align academic and career goals </p><p>Follow up on leads via phone, email, and other channels to drive enrollments </p><p>Provide accurate information about course content, structure, duration, and outcomes </p><p>Stay updated on EdTech trends and offerings for personalized guidance </p><p>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets </p><p>Build and maintain relationships to ensure smooth onboarding </p><p>Track and record all student interactions and status in CRM systems </p><p>Offer post-enrollment support and resolve student queries </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong> </p><p>Bachelor’s degree (Psychology preferred) </p><p>6+ months experience in counseling or EdTech sales </p><p>Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills </p><p>Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms </p><p><br /></p>
