Web Development Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Development Trainer who can train students in modern web development technologies and help them build strong practical and industry-oriented skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience along with excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Web Development concepts and technologies.
• Teach students HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web development frameworks.
• Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, projects, assignments, and real-world use cases.
• Develop and maintain training content, presentations, coding exercises, and project-based learning materials.
• Mentor students on their projects and provide constructive feedback on their code and development practices.
• Conduct assessments, coding tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Help students understand responsive design, UI development, APIs, Git/GitHub, and web application development .
• Guide students in debugging, problem-solving, and writing clean and maintainable code.
• Stay updated with the latest web development tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Track student performance and provide regular feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the training curriculum.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript .
• Knowledge of at least one modern framework/library such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js .
• Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals .
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture .
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub .
• Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java will be an advantage.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications or training experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Web Development Trainer, Technical Trainer, Faculty, Developer, or Mentor .
• Experience in conducting classroom/online technical training.
• Candidates with strong industry experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
