Job Description - Manager (Customer Success) Position Overview This mid managerial role drives revenue growth for Univitt AI Technologies specializing in industry projects and upskilling programs. You will lead business development efforts targeting Indian Industry (Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities) securing high-value deals for AI implementations and AI Upskilling initiatives. Success requires blending sales expertise with AI domain knowledge to deliver transformative outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries like manufacturing and Services by prospecting key decision-makers and tailoring AI project/upskilling pitches. Build and nurture strategic client relationships, conducting needs assessments to propose customized AI solutions Projects and upskilling frameworks that align with their operational KPIs and digital transformation goals. Develop and execute sales strategies, including pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and achievement · Manage coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution & Delivery for AI workshops, training programs, and consulting engagements. Required Competencies Good understanding of AI applications and upskilling programs; ability to translate technical benefits into business value for non-technical stakeholders. CRM proficiency, negotiation, market analysis, competitive intelligence.​ C- suite presentations, stakeholder engagement, Representations at industry events. Demonstrated alignment with the organization's mission and culture in true spirit, embodying values such as innovation, integrity, client-centricity, and collaborative excellence. Education & Experience MBA – Marketing , UG in Engineering is an added advantage. Attitude must be go getter! 2-6 years experience in Sales selling to C-suite.​ You will be working out of our Corporate Head office at Sion, Mumbai
