You will manage patients with obesity, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and related metabolic conditions using structured clinical protocols. This is a role with full backend operational support, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care and patient outcomes. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Specifically, this role will involve: </strong> </p><ul><li>Conducting tele-consultations for patients with obesity, pre-diabetes, and Type 2 Diabetes </li><li>Assessing patient eligibility for GLP-1 therapy and prescribing medications per evidence-based protocols </li><li>Titrating medications based on patient response, lab reports, and clinical judgment </li><li>Monitoring glycemic control and managing medication side effects proactively </li><li>Handling patient escalations in a timely and empathetic manner </li><li>Conducting structured follow-up calls to track patient progress </li><li>Collaborating with health coaches, nutritionists, and fitness experts for holistic care delivery </li><li>Maintaining accurate, compliant medical documentation and records </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>An ideal candidate will have: </strong> </p><ul><li>1–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience preferred </li><li>Strong clinical knowledge in diabetes, obesity, and metabolic disorders </li><li>Comfort with high-volume teleconsultation workflows </li><li>Sharp decision-making ability for medication titration and escalation management </li><li>Excellent patient counselling and communication skills </li><li>An empathetic, patient-first approach to care </li><li>Interest in digital healthcare and lifestyle disease management </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </p><ul><li>MD / in Diabetology or Endocrinology </li> </ul>
